He knows what he is doing Suggest that you call him 0817823766. His English is very limited. You really need a Thai national to speak with him. I only stopped using him because the filters were cheaper on Lazada . The Condo Technician does the change. Bangkok Water brand (https://bkwater.com/product/pure-dm-02/) they will come out to change the filters for you all COD and you have to tell them which version of the filters you own which is normally written on the machine.
