Does anyone know what happens when you apply for a work permit based on a Non-O multiple entry visa?  I have had work permits on the standard Non-O extension of stay, but I may be changing to the multiple entry.  I guess I am wondering if they will issue a 1-year work permit or if they only issue it based upon the three month stamp?

No worries! You can apply for a work permit once you're on a Non- O based on marriage and will get a one year extension, depending on the contract.

Just want to be clear.  I am specifically asking about the multiple entry which only gives three month stamps each time.  Are you saying that labor office will still issue a 1-year visa for that as long as the company contract is for 1 year?

This is not a teaching contract.  This will be a work permit issued from our own company.
