Can anyone please recommend a reliable company who can help with my swimming pool? It's never been used before and as I understand it still needs water-proofing. It also needs cleaning and filling with water so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

You can't waterproof after it's been tiled. Apart from that, not enough info to comment further.

I probably late to reply this, but I'm using J.D.Pools Liner Pool for 10 years and have no problem since. Probably contact them via email or line, they could help you with your problem.
