iLuvThai
Hello, While we are going through the permanent residence application process, is it possible to claim my Thai wife while she is still in Thailand? Thanks in advance for any and all replies. ????????

Frederick Allen
I have a similar question - I am in Canadian PR process also and I want invite my wife to Canada via Family class sponsorship program. Has anybody ever tried that? I found some info here and here but I want to hear how it works in reality...from somebody who really tried it. dsj
Yes you can, I have my wife (she doesn't have PR or a SSN) on my tax return since 2006, and I do receive a non=refundable tax credit.
