Totoandlilly
Hello people! I’m not sure what I can do, but my 3 month ED visa will expire on 21 August, my school have already sent the documents to the ministry of education, it was sent 2 July, and my school still haven’t get them back, the school will need them so I can extend my visa with 3 months at the immigration so I can continue study. i talked with my teacher and she told me that if we don’t receive the documents before 21 August when my visa expires then I will need to overstay until they got the documents, the school will pay the overstay fine, but now there are 11 days left until my visa expire so what are my options? I really don’t want to overstay. Thank you Edited August 10, 2019 by Totoandlilly
ubonjoe
Other than an overstay your only option would be to go out for a new non-ed visa which might not be easy to get now.

Alright, what if I do a border-run at Mae Sai? Or will I lose my ED visa then?
Matzzon
You should never let anybody force you to an overstay. That can end badly, but I actually do not know what you should do. Edited August 10, 2019 by Matzzon

Any agents in Chiang Mai that can help me ?

That would end your non-ed visa entry. The you would have to out for another for a longer stay.

Any agents in Chiang Mai that can help me ? Yes, as I can see it it can only be the school that can get in contact and explain the problem for them. If it will do any good, nobody can tell.
