I'm uncertain about when I will need to do my 90 day as it relates to renewing my extension.

 

I will return to Thailand October 18, 2019.

 

My extension runs out Jan 13 2020.

 

I want to renew my extension before the 90 day two week window, about one month before which I know I can do.

 

How will this affect the 90 day if at all. Currently it would run out after Jan 13 2020.

 

What I hope to do is just do the 90 day within the window (mid Dec) online and then bring that with me when I pick up my extension.

 

Maybe I have the hassle mixed up with the reentry and this is fine.

90 day reporting is not linked to extension renewal dates

 

if you leave Thailand and return your 90 day report is due 90 days from your return date

Report is due 90 days after October 18th.

You only submit a 90 day report after staying 90 consecutive days in Thailand.

If your re-entering Oct 18th 2019, your next report wouldn't be due until Jan 15th 2020.

 

When you renew your extension sometime Dec 2018, CW may reset the report date for 90 days after extension renewal. If it's not reset, then Jan 15th is still your next 90 day due report date.
