Daily News reported that a Myanmar migrant worker called "Go-Go" has been arrested for the murder of his employer.

Pornsak Wattanwanitkun, 72, also known as "Hia Yoo" was found dead in a wardrobe at a property in Soi Wongsawang 19 in the Bang Sue area of Bangkok.

Pornsak was the owner of an ice factory and gas delivery business. He was a former member of the Bang Sue council and was a former officer attached to the Prachacheun police station.

Min Tawey or "Go-Go", 19, was arrested at a rental property in Mahachai after fleeing.

The suspect said that he had been working for his employer delivering gas for a little over two months. He said that he was always criticizing him and swearing at him for driving too fast.

This led to him being taken off driving duties and being told to work on an extension at the victim's house.

Angry about the criticism and the change of job Go-Go decided to hit his employer with a crowbar and stuff him in a wardrobe to conceal his crime.

Region 2 commander of the metropolitan police Maj Gen Ekkachai Bunwisut said that the suspect was apprehended in Mahachai after changing his clothes. Relatives have also reported gold missing.

The murder weapon and 10,000 baht has been recovered.

"Go-Go!"

"I am!"

"No Go-Go."

"Make up your mind."

owner of an ice factory

sounds like a scene from breaking bad

Tragedy all round

Man killed, his family affected forever

Alleged perpetrator life ruined, family in home country possibly relying on his income from Thailand to survive

Nothing gained by anyone, grinding poverty and lack of choices.

Every month a myanmar kill his boss . Lol

How was "grinding poverty and lack of choices" involved in this, never mind the cause?

Nonsense...unless you can back that up, of course

His nationality gives you some clue as to the poverty he would be living with

that's only your speculation, he had a job in Thailand and that doesn't necessarily conjure thoughts of "grinding poverty".

But the nagging stopped !

Radical solution to kill someone.

bullying people is never good , but murdering someone is a tad over the top.

Go-Go couldn't take it anymore.

???? it sure did

Didn't think you had anything.  You're the one who made the claim, you give a couple of examples...if you can.

many time i witnessed how Thais handle their foreign workers from Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia.

Calling them stupid and even hitting them from their heads etc. They behave them like a piece of s  h  i t.

I remember one case some years go how the thai boss couple burned the body of a small Myanmar worker at the age of like 10 something!

I guess this time Thai boss pressed the nerves of the guy hard and myanmar guy killed him.

of course there cannot be any reason for such a murder still...

But in Thailand it is quite common.
