Technically it's in tambon Thayang, directly on the AH4 northbound just before a left curve and overpass. Right next to a Siam Commercial Bank SCB. Very small  building with parking in back. Take a hard left at bank into the parking area.

 

Easy to miss. When you see the overpass with green signage overhead slow down and hug the left lane because if you miss it you have to go farther north on AH4 and do a u-turn and then another to get back.

 

Staff there is great and friendly, very quick at their jobs.

 

Best time is mid-morning in mid-week.
