One and half years ago I got married to a Thai girl, we are not happy right now and we decided to get a divorce with consent but this time there is no one to come to sign for divorce as a witness. I live in Bang kapi district.

I didn't take witnesses to mine. Ask in the office where the divorce will happen if they need witnesses, as the staff can do that.

Otherwise, have to pay next door neighbour to go.

    You can literally pay 2 motorcycle taxi riders. As long as they have their Thai ID card with them, that's all that matters.

    That's what I do if I need a SIM card registered or the time when I had to get my BTS card "identified" so I could use top up
