I am on non imm ed visa

my husband applied for non immo visa

the application returned because CASE HAS RETURNED FROM THE CONSULATE AS ON 19/08/2019. FRRO is going to invalid within 1 month, need a updated FRRO ?

anyone has any idea.. what is frro????????

Not to be obnoxious, but wouldn´t it be better to ask the consulate involved?

WHICH DOCUMENT?

It would appear that either you or your husband are foreigners in India and require to register with a Foreign Regional Registration Officer, and that registration (FRRO) is due to expire.

Then I suggest you contact the Thai consulate and ask why they are rejecting your application due to a FRRO.
