Did I somehow miss it? Or has the government decided to keep us on tenterhooks even longer over who will be caught in their compulsory health insurance net? Last Sunday, a Nation article predicted an official announcement on August 22.  But as of yesterday, nothing had materialised - and still hasn't. Is no news good news?
