Yes the system is broken.

The reason your documents arent going in is because they are too big.

You need to use photoshop to reduce the size (dimensions) and file size (compression in Jpg) to get them down to about 500kb each (may be less).

After 10 tries you are stuffed. They won't see your documents. Perhaps sign up again with new email address?

it can take up to 50 hours work to submit any kind of visa application at the moment.

Without being able to see what's actually inside any of your folders, it's hard to give any definitive answer. Check your 3rd folder called "Finish Pending Visa Application or Create Additional Visa Application" to see how many saved applications you have sitting there. If it says: Showing 10 to 10 of 10 entries, then you need to delete them, as you only need one that has "completed" alongside its status. As you haven't managed to complete either of your attempts at the application, that would mean deleting all of them unless you want to amend the last one you saved and use that one to proceed.

Again, without actually seeing what you're doing and what's on your screen, it's difficult for me to offer up suggestions. You're going to have to try multiple ways of creating a new application as no one seems to have encountered the same problem that you are now experiencing. As far as I know, there is no limit to the amount of saved applications you can make, so the fact it's telling you that you've exceeded 10 entries is a little perplexing. I previously suggested clearing your application folder to see if that would help. Going by what you've just said there is no saved applications in your folder, therefore I can't understand how it's telling you that you're only allowed 10 attempts, when it allows multiple (if not innumerable attempts). The only thing you're not allowed to exceed is the amount of people you're applying for, which is 10 people.

May I suggest using a different web browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome. Stay well clear of using Firefox as everyone is reporting problems using it. If you are using Chrome or Edge and the problem still persists, then perhaps clear the cache in your browser data before applying again.

Also, perhaps give a little more detail on what is you're actually doing and when this message appears and how. For instance, is it when you click on the folder called Apply For Visa? At what stage does this "exceeded 10 entries" message appear?

Meantime, go through their guide with a fine tooth comb and make sure you're doing everything that's laid out there.
