Admins, I wasn't sure where to post this, please advice! Thank you!

I live in the dark site, Pattaya.

I have a neighbor who has chicken. Sometimes they fly over the
fence and my dogs bite them, sometimes even killing them. My
neighbor is cool, and understand that is not my or my dogs fault.

The problem is that all his chickens are sick. They have some
sort of skin issue, looks like warts and red spots. All of
them have that, so I suspect may be a virus or bacteria.

Now, my dogs are showing similar symptoms around their mouth
areas. I already had the vet out once, but the treatment did not
help.

Being Thai, my neighbor doesn't give a <deleted> that his chickens
are sick and are spreading some disease.

Is there any Thai authority I could report this to and ask them
to come out and see how serious this virus/bacteria is ?

Many Thanks,
rudi

Your question is good sorry no answer.

In the mean time I would put a muzzle on your dogs mouth for protection.

Yeah, unfortunately to late now ????

I don't have a precise answer for you.  But immediately go to City Hall on Pattaya Nua (in area across from TESCO) and get an answer from them.  Don't wait.

Is there a university veterinarian hospital reasonably close to you?  You might get better treatment there.  I take my dogs to Kasetsart for major stuff.

Doing a quick search it says lots of chicken skin problems are caused by mites and lice.

You can contact your local branch of the DLD (Department of Livestock Development). You can also contact your local Tesabaan office.
