The chief of immigration Lt-Gen Sompong Chingduang announced the arrest of three Mongolians who were preying on tourists on the BTS in Bangkok.

A victim went to the Lumpini police after losing an iPhone on the way to the platform at the Asoke station.

CCTV traced the people responsible to Siam station where security caught three of them.

Lt-Gen Sonpong presented 13 items in evidence including an iPhone XR and an air ticket.

One 40 year old Mongolian remains at large. They all came to Thailand together on the same flight and went out thieving as a team on August 20th.

Naew Na reported on the story mentioning the name of more than 20 police officers as well as security at Siam BTS station.

those pesky Mongolians are up to no good  !!

Any Mongolian ladies involved?

I quite the Mongolian girls. Strong, good work ethic, and good with the horses and yaks , which are friendly not aggressive. However they still take a bit of handling.

Had a Mongolian girl friend a few years back. Lovely skin.

Good with yaks. Hillbilly much?

Yeah, that's always a weak spot for me as well.

Many many of the ladies I met in Ulaanbaatar were more beautiful than any other gals with whom I made contact in forty two other countries. Best dressed, flawless skin, perfect make-up, not too much, not too little ( a few wore no make-up ) Most of them wanted nothing to do with a white foreigner though...at least not this white foreigner.....sighhhh...

The general looks up for some karaoke now the vinyl's on the board????

Great post UPDEHSOI.

My g/f was a student from Darkhan, a small town in Darkhan-Uul. Population about 100k or so. We called her 'Bat', although her real name was 'Baatar' or similar.

They certainly are beautiful. And I agree about the Mongolian lady's skin being so flawless. Just asking to be licked all over; but not in a sexual way.

When she graduated, she was recruited by a hospital in Ulaanbaatar. I lost contact with her but no worries as I shacked up with her friend Fatima. Her skin was also nice but her breasts were magnificent. Married a German doctor. I miss both girls a lot.

Not Miss World or Ms Universe perhaps Vacuum. But anyone who has known these Mongolian beauties and have touched their delicate, but consummate, skin would put them right up there with the world's lovelies.

My girlfriend Bat, told me she was riding a horse at three years old.

times have changed then, i worked in UB in the early 2000s, admittedly there weren't many foreigners there then, but the women were very interested in foreigners, i had a awful lot of fun. it's not an exaggeration to say i would meet girls on the way home for lunch and bed them before going back to work. They were great, easy going, lots of fun and not in the least interested in money. fascinating country and good times. harsh climate though.

Let's not get into trivialities and steer the thread away from the lovely Mongolian ladies.

We know they are beautiful, but they are loyal to their man, and love their nature also. Just what is nicer than watching a Mongolian lass ride her horse across The Steppes; and as she rides by she gives you a saucy wink? Sort of 'be here  when I return' sort of wink.

Why they only arrest foreigners for such crimes, is it that Thai people are to keen to be cached or is it that Thai people don't do that?

3 is a gang... ?

Okay, not in a sexual way!......what other way is there for licking their skin? Do you have a skin fetish?

worked in all of their aimags except three.......loved the country and the people and the ladies. Was there once in November.....only one word for it, 'Brutal'

Was working with the disabled all over the country. Met a truck driver in the middle of the country.....poor guy was driving in the winter in the middle of nowhere, which pretty much describes the country, and it gets down to minus 50 C. He broke down and had a choice, stay in the truck and freeze to death, or start walking. He opted to walk, he eventually came across a ger with people and they helped him survive....but he lost both feet and both hands from frostbite......pretty sad individual.

I was in a ger camp talking with a young woman from UB. She said, "This is a very difficult country summer or winter." That night it started snowing, it was Sept, and snowed all night.....I had a down sleeping bag and was barely warm in the ger. There was a Mongol outside drunk in the snow with a woman.....because they were pickled they were fine.

The next day I had to drive us to a sanatorium, Russian version of a rest camp. Driving through a valley with snow everywhere and covering the mountains......a part of me was questioning my being there, but the smarter part said, "Shut up and enjoy this. No tourists ever come to remote places like this."

All the Mongols were sitting outside in a hot pool with snow all around......I couldn't handle the extreme cold. Next day drove back to UB with my Mongol guides/friends who didn't drive, so I drove all the way back....a long day. Sitting outside in UB that evening eating spaghetti and sweating.

Crazy Mongolia.
