When filling in the TM-30 form, either manually or with XLS importing, can someone tell me what is actually accomplished?  There does not seem to be a place to put the really pertinent information.  Such as date departed and date returned or maybe even where did you go.  Or, is it just that it confirms that you are back to where you started?

 

Also, I noticed the below statement today.  It may have been there a while or not.

no, I am not using google chrome, I am using the old internet explorer which worked before, but now something new has come up

The Section38 android app is much simpler to use IMHO. I've done a couple of reports no problem.

Try clicking this at bottom right side of the  login page.

On the login page (just as mentioned and posted by ubonjoe) you will see the tm30 version 3 in excel file format right underneath the letter confirmation security check box. Once clicked, you will be able to download the excel file. Fill in the form in the excel file format and attach the file in the following page by selecting 'choose file' box and then attaching the file from your computer to it. Finally, click the 'import excel'.    

 

However, all are in Thai.  You need to be able to read. If not, then get Thai to help.
