Extension/marriage/late?

Just wondering what will happen if my marriage extension is late? Guy we know at immigration in Kap Choing (Surin) tells us not to do anything but I don't trust them a bit. They are very brown envelope  orientated.

Do you mean applying for it or it not being approved by the report back date on the under consideration stamp?

The under consideration stamp allows you to stay in the country until your extension is approved. The report back date is just that it does not end the under consideration period.

Late how?

 

There should be no problem applying a few days late as long as you pay any overstay fines.
