I have been looking for a tree for our garden for avail but with no success.

The one in the picture is taken from a garden in our village. The ovner dont know what kind of tree it is.

This one is about 5m high and very nice "tree shape" and symmetri. 

Das anyone have any idea? Or if you have a another suggestion.

Hard to tell from those photos ! You could try downloading one of the plant ID apps, such as PlantNet or Plantsnap (both free). Follow the instructions to take a photo and you might get your answer.
