How to Activate 90 Day App on Cell Phone ?

Featured Replies

Many weeks ago I successfully installed the 90 day reporting Android cellphone app (Immigration eServices For Foreigners) which included registering a username and password for the app/service on the Register page.  After Registering, the app said I was successfully registered.

Now weeks later when I login to use it, I get this message:   "Please Activated Your Account before using Immigration Eservices"

How do I activate my account ???

I have not received an email with a link to activate the account since registering successfully.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me on this!

Today I re-registered myself with the app, hoping I would be allowed to re-register.

It let me re-register.

And this time, I DID RECEIVE THE EMAIL LINK TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT!

I activated my account.

And now I am able to complete my login and get into the app and its choices!

Did you get a email to confirm the one you used to register for the app?

There must be a glitch somewhere. All that is needed is the username and password to do the 90 day report application.

Is there anyway around the message you are getting?
