Non b extension

Hi, sorry to trouble you with this, I am on 90 day non b issued in Penang .Work provides documents. New manager has made delay in paperwork for 2nd time in one year. 1st time got 7 day denial of 30 day extension. I am being asked to get another extension. Am I at any risk?. .....and yes polishing up the CV. Visa is good through 6th oct.

If you mean your permit to stay ended on October 6th you are now on an overstay. No problem if your visa non-b visa expired then.

What do you have now? Did you manage to get a one year extension?

My last extension was 6 months ago. Im now ok, this visa will expire on 6 oct. i heard a little chit chat that to many 7 day extensions could be problematic. Can’t do 1yr , salary and WP dont match, again polish the CV. Just to clarify my income has fallen steadily in the last 5 years.   I see injuries ( human). Warm thanks again.
