Hello,

 

I live in Thailand, am married to a Thai national with who I have a child.

I run a company and have a work permit.

My visa is non imm. O. multi entree based on marriage.

 

My daughter (17) from the Netherlands would like to visit me for at least 3 months (maybe longer).

Would that be possible?  

Does my status here in Thailand in any way make it easier to do so ?

 

 

She can get a single entry non-o visa that would allow a 90 day entry to visit you and your Thai wife.

If you were on a one year extension of stay she could get a extension for being your child.
