Did They Change The Rules?

Hi guys,

I have a 90 days Tourist visa and went last week to Suvannaket / Laos to renew my visa.

After picking up my passport I was told that I couldn't come back for one year! They said, there is a new rule that you aren't allowed to come to the same consulate / embassy more than twice in a year.

Does somebody have more information?

As far as I know .... that is a local decision .....

but twice in a year at one place covers 180 days even if you don't ask for and rec' a double entry
