Naturally, you will only hear about the harbour and airport in Sri Lanka which is nowhere near Africa and was more of a political issue than financial.

I suppose we will have to wait and see how it all pans out in the end....  Trading natural resources for roads and big building and brown envelopes for all the politicians involved.
