The only place I have seen them in asia is penang, because of their double coat, they are not really suited to hot climates,even here in queensland ,very susceptible to skin complaints, without a doubt they are the best guard dogs in the world , dutch army and border police in the 60,s and 70,s would not use any thing else Nignoy
