90 Day Report With Overseas Travel and Online Filing

Featured Replies

I did an online on 2 August 2019.  I have two overseas travels which makes my due date 25 February 2020.  The only receipt that I have is from August.  Will I still be able to do an online filing?  I hate to bother with either a mailing or in person since I leave for good 5 days after my due date.

No problem to do online reporting since your last entry is when your new 90 days started.

If leaving the country with no plans to return there is no need to do the report. Departure immigration does not check for them.

I would very much like to know what you did to report on-line?

90 Day Report

May not work if you have never done a 90 report before.  Also may require different browsers to find one that works.  Otherwise, simply follow the link above.
