webfact Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 Veteran politician Chai Chidchob dies at 91 By The Nation Veteran politician and former president of the National Assembly Chai Chidchob passed away peacefully in his house at the age of 91. He had also served as speaker of the House of Representatives from 2008-2011. He is the father of current Transport Minister Saksayam Chidchob, and Newin Chidchob, a former member of Parliament and current president of Buriram United football club. Chai is a member of the House of Representatives, a former member of the National Reform Steering Assembly and a former member of the National Reform Council. He has long been a member of the House of Representatives, affiliated with different parties, and a senator of Buriram province.
