THAI Smile offers fee waiver to change flights to China

THAI Smile is extending help to passengers affected by the current situation following the outbreak of the coronavirus by offering a fee waiver to China-bound flyers to change their itineraries on three routes: Bangkok-Chongqing, Bangkok-Changsha, and Bangkok-Zhengzhou.

 

Passengers who have tickets scheduled for travel from January 24 to February 29 can change their travel plans without incurring an additional change fee from now until February 29 with terms and conditions applied, Charita Leelayudth, CEO of THAI Smile Airways, said.

 

Passengers can contact call centre 1181 or +662-118-8888 all 24 hours to make changes to their tickets.
