You will only fall under the Thai tax system, if you remit said income to Thailand.

Depending on the amount and after personal deductions

you will maybe be under the taxable threshold. but may need to file a tax return.

But in short answer, money outside Thailand is your business not there's.

Read through the posts on this on the forum, for more understanding of Thai tax for foreigners and your particular circumstances, I assume you are a foreigner.
