I have bought two used cars from SD Car Centre and been very pleased with them.  Khun Sen, the owner has been in the business a long time and is one of the rare breed of dealers around here who seem to understand the value of good customer relations and repeat business.  Excellent English, proper premises (ie not a "Car Tent") and well worth a visit depending, of course on what you're looking for.  Their facebook page is the nearest thing they have to a website: https://www.facebook.com/sdcarcenter
