Featured Replies

Lao President Bounnhang Vorachith will pay a two-day official visit to the Kingdom to further strengthen the strategic partnership between both countries. A Foreign Affairs Ministry statement yesterday said Mr Bounnhang will visit the Kingdom from Sunday.

“This state visit by His Excellency Bounnhang Vorachith will be another significant milestone to further strengthen the comprehensive and long-lasting strategic partnership [between both countries] as well as promote the good bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation in all fields between the two good neighbours and their people,” it said.

Mr Bounnhang is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on King Norodom Sihamoni at the Royal Palace and to lay a wreath at the Independence Monument. He will also pay his tribute and respects at the Royal Memorial Statue of the Late King-Father Norodom Sihanouk, the statement said.
