On my first entry to thailand with my METV visa an offical put a used stamp on my METV Visa. 

He noticed that, applogised to me and wrote his name and circled the M of the multiple entry visa.

 

In about a couple of weeks i'll be going back to thailand and i'm kinda scared it might cause problems to me at immigration. 

Did anyone have an experience like this. 

Yes it's happened in the past. It shouldn't be a problem when entering again as long as the visa hasn't expired it is still good to be used.
