I am not sure which section this falls under.  I have to get a certified copy of a land transport document that shows my address in Thailand.  The Rsole government in Australia has made it legal for banks to 'bail in' and they are all wanting customers to update their details and agree to the new "Terms of Service".....which in effect can wipe away the banks obligation to repay customers money if the bank screws up big time.

 

So, if anyone can recommend a translator who can certify a document that would be a big help.  Thanks in advance.
