Best way to ship used watch to Thailand

Featured Replies

What would be the best way to ship a used watch to Thailand from the states ? Have a Breitling watch I would like to have shipped to my house in Thailand. Bought years ago, and going to have my friend mail to me.

Billpro785 you should contact Prawit DPM, he knows about these things, possibly give you a few tips on how to avoid any charges, taxes.:cheesy:????????

Sorry just could not resist that comment.

Good chance it won't get to you, or you may just receive the box.

Do what I do if you find the opportunity, i.e. if a mate is travelling back to the states for a short trip, get him to wear it back for you, I did this recently, wasn't a watch, but some stuff I needed as I don't trust the post here for overseas items.

Was thinking of using United States Postal Service, always received the package in 7 days. Just not sure what value to write on the customs form, or maybe just write personal items with a low value.

Fly back and get it.

Use usps, its fully trackable, use a low value and label it mechanical device (assuming its not digital)

Make sure it packed properly and not easily distinguishable through the envelope.
