John435
If the Samsung tv is relatively new, slide down from the right corner of your iPhone and tap on screen mirroring. The Tv should appear in the list of Airplay devices. if the Samsung doesn’t have Airplay built in, you may need to add an HDMI dongle (not always very reliable) or AppleTV (reliable but more expensive).
Popular Post sirineou
Plenty of videos on YouTube with step by step instructions on how to do it. Below is one, if you don't like that one, there are many others. just use "mirror iPhone to Samsung Smart TV " in your search window. Yes, the Samsung Smart TV was bought a couple of days back. (Ok. AirPlay should be installed first.) Thank you. If you’re watching say BBC iPlayer or other channel which needs a vpn on your iPhone will it still screen mirror to the Samsung TV. I ask because it won’t when trying to to chromecast it. Everything appears to be mirroring but when you press play on the programme you get the error message synonymous with it detecting you are outside the country selected on the VPN. I’m contemplating buying a Samsung with this facility but won’t if it cannot get round this issue.
