prepping for next visa ..opinions please non o visit or tv

Hi all  .. thanks to all of u for all the info you guys have put on this site and took time to reply to

 

 i need another visa from vientanne next month . i see that the online appt has complicated things by categorizing the visa appointments by types  so i must choose now and wisely

my age has stopped me from the medical ins options   .. at least for now  

 

goal

keep ppt clean and  usable for future use ..having as many options as possible 

i will go to usa in 3 months for a duration of 3+ months stay ..

on return i will get multi entry non 0 visit wife (1 year) visa

i am currently on a non o visit wife now (90 day)

 

ppt history 

new ppt has only the current entry with new number in it  ..the rest is blank

previous ppt had butload of tv's on old number 

 

my choices

TV for 60+ 30   if they dont look at previous ppt  

non o visit wife visa 90 day again .. all paperwork ready. will they give me another one ?

make appt  and take both sets of documents and hope i can talk my way into either when i get there .

suggestions ?

How much longer do you plan on staying in the country?

You could apply for a 60 day extension of your current 90 day entry to visit your wife at a immigration office.

You would not have a problem getting another single entry non-o visa in Vientiane. When making the appointment you would select non immigrant visa.

You could also apply for multiple entry non-o visa at the consulate in Savannakhet now instead of getting one while in the US.

stay in usa for 3 months or more .. unknown how much more but yes 90 days ..

i like the 60 day extension  a lot ..  that is the way to go this time  i can rearrange my priorities to this scenario ..
