I need to set up a company with work permit in Pattaya, and I'm thinking that it would be good if my wife did the process as she's pretty good with the paperwork and financial side of things.

 

I'm on a Non 0 yearly extension based on family that was issued in Jomtien, so that side of things is sorted.

 

I've had a good look around on the internet for a step by step guide that has all the info plus the forms that need downloading, but so far lot's of guide saying you need to do this and do that with linking to to the forms themselves.

 

Does anybody know of a decent resource that will help with this?

send your wife to the DBD website or their office for company registration. Go to Chonburi for work permit details.

Find a good but cheap accountant who deals with Thai people and have your wife talk to the accountant to get prices to set it all up.
