90 day Online & App

I tried to do a 90 day report on the app today but it kept on saying there was an error, so I couldn't submit it. So, I went to the 90 Day website (Chrome browser) and completed it successfully there. When I went back to the phone app to check, it gave my progress as "pending". It was approved 3 hours later!! The app and online reporting are linked, which I never knew.

 

Now, here's my question: Can I report online again in another 90 days (app or online) or is it only for returning from overseas? I do not plan to leave Thailand in the next 90 days.

That's good to hear. I've had zero success with this system from the offset. I'm due again in 2 weeks, so I'll give a try yet again.

 

Regarding your question, you report every 90 days, starting from the date of your previous report, or from the day you enter the country. So in your case, yes, as said, 90 days from this last one.
