Why Me
Excerpt from a mail from the blessed Grace at Thai Visa Center: We are still waiting on a meeting to conclude on March 17th, which will impact Visa-on-arrival/Visa-free entry for the following countries: Bulgaria, Bhutan, China (includes Taiwan), Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Malta, Mexico, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Republic of Vanuatu, South Korea, and Hong Kong. The above countries also need a Health Certificate issued within 48 hours of flight departure certifying that they are free of COVID-19. Question: what exactly is acceptable as Health Certificate? That the person seems healthy signed by a doctor on their letterhead? I don't see how someone can be certified to be free of C-19 without a special test. I am expecting a friend from India end of the month and don't want him to face a problem on arrival. If I remember correctly they had something like this in place for Chinese visitors for a while but never knew what the certificate is supposed to be. Tanoshi
You can hardly certify someone of being free from Covid-19, unless they were tested and issued a Health certificate to that effect - a negative test.
