I understand I need affirmation of freedom to marry from a Canadian embassy. Last time I got it by providing my Canadian divorce certificate. 

 

I am confused as to what I need to do this time. Provide them with Thai divorce certificate?

 

Anyone knows?

    Yes

    It would need to be translated to English and the translation certified by the Department of Consular Affairs.
