change from non-o to non-b

I need to change from non-o (marriage) to non-b (business/work permit) for a BOI company.

Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer to the non-b from within Thailand?

I really don't want to leave Thailand, given the current concerns, just wondering if this might be possible at CW?

 

Any advice would be fantastic. Thank you.

Non-O Thai spouse extension/ visa is eligible for work permit. Non-B not required but some companies insist so they control visa status.

For BOI company I need non-imm b. Cannot use non-imm o.

At least this is what the BOI company is telling me.

I worked for a BOI company and I also have a Non-O. I can confirm that they did not accept my Non-O as well (that was about 2 years ago though). If nothing has been changed, you have no choice but to exit for a Non-B visa.
