The airports are closing. Thought of goin over to Savannakhet. My visa has not expiry. Can I cross over Savannakhet stamp my 90days out and stamp in Thailand on the same day?

If the border is open, you can cross, get a Laos visa on arrival, plus entry and exit stamps, then immediately turn around and return to Thailand. Latest reports suggest the border will be closed from tomorrow (Thursday) though.

Laos and Cambodia borders are open.

Savannakhet is open. No changes for doing a border hop for a new entry.
