90days non-O (M) visa run

Featured Replies

The airports are closing. Thought of goin over to Savannakhet. My visa has not expiry. Can I cross over Savannakhet stamp my 90days out and stamp in Thailand on the same day?

If the border is open, you can cross, get a Laos visa on arrival, plus entry and exit stamps, then immediately turn around and return to Thailand. Latest reports suggest the border will be closed from tomorrow (Thursday) though.

From whence come these reports?

I need to renew non o, was booked for monday, thinking of doing it tomorrow.

That is false info in that post.

Laos and Cambodia borders are open.

Savannakhet is open. No changes for doing a border hop for a new entry.

Is there any indication as to how long this will remain so?
