Bang Saray: Norwegian worried about his pension hangs himself in Sattahip

A 60 year old Norwegian man was found dead at his house in Bang Saray, Sattahip, on Wednesday. 

Tor M. had hanged himself with nylon cord from a downstairs bathroom door. 

His wife Siriporn, 35, was in tears at the scene, said Naew Na, as local police and rescue services examined the scene. 

The body was taken to the national Police Hospital for an autopsy. 

Siriporn said that her husband had been stressed about his pension and this was why he took his life. She said that after his pension was not paid he had asked her to go online and check why.

She said she was the couple's only breadwinner and money was tight.
