Hi All,

 

Has anyone has recently been to Phuket Immigration for the 1 year extension on their Non 'O' Visa based on being a parent of a Thai child?

 

If so please could you give me the list of all required documents, photos of outside/inside house etc... that's needed to get this visa. I am aware of the proof of paternity document which I will have from the court.

 

Also, regarding the 400,000 Thai Baht in the bank account, my lawyer said it needs to be in the account for 2 months before the application but on the Phuket Immigration Volunteers website they mention the 400,000 must be in the account for at least 7 days only??

 

Any helpful information will be much appreciated.
