Non O extension based on Marriage Bank Account

Featured Replies

I am interested in applying for an extension based on marriage(Multi Non-O). My local immigration office is Jomtien. Does the 400k need to be in a separate bank account or can I use the account I make withdrawals from weekly, as long as the amount never goes under 400k? My Multiple Non-O expires in May, if I apply for a 60 day extension due to the travel restrictions, am I still eligible to apply for marriage 1 yr extension within the 60 days?

This is OK....

You can use the same account as long as you have 400k 2 month before application and until the day of receiving your granted extension.

Yes, you can use the 60 day extension, and still be able to make an extension for a year on the same visa.

Yes but it must be in your name only. Joint accounts are not accepted

You can apply for the extension during the last 30 days of the 60 day extension.

I was told this as well, about the one name only account, by immigration in Hua Hin.
