Should the signature from wife on the marriage cert be on frontside(at the bottom?) or on the backside? Non o purpose. Thanks! 

Only your signature is needed on copies of your marriage certificate both is better though. If you have separate copies of both sides of it both will need to be signed. Sign the front of it as near the bottom of it you can.
