Do you think there's a possibility they'd start boarding & welding apartment/condo buildings shut? Especially with a military government we have here? Number 6 Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 The only way Thailand can enforce anything is at risk of immediate incarceration. Thais don't see the purpose of law as a civil and ethical rule of guidance. Law is for everyone else but them. I think cases in Thailand will be slow to peak given the modicum of precaution and the heat. Then it will get hit hard. People have no choice but to go to hospital by public transportation.
