Torrentspy.com....blocked?

Featured Replies

I'm getting the usual crap from the cyber inspector page when i try to access torrentspy right now. Seems like the panic-mongers have gone and blocked another popular site.

Anybody out there able to access it?

I was able to access it just now from my office connection, i will try from home in an hours time

working here ........................

Blocked here in lower Sukhumvit with True ADSL.

This is not aPROXImate.

That would be a total solution to the problem.

I can access it fine from home (MaxNet TT&T)

try clearing your cache and possibly open DNS ( google it )

works no prob in Samui

Are you sure ?

On True ADSL (north bangkok) it's working just fine (at 8 PM).

No just tried to access it , TOT internet here , blocked by the wonderfull ICT guys.

Wonder what we would do without them ? :o

EDit.. sent in PM.

www.torrentspy.com is blocked for me, but http://82.192.86.142/ is not. :o Always try the IP address. (One of the easiest ways to get the IP address is to open a DOS box, Start, Run, type "CMD", return, and ping the DNS name. so, "ping www.torrentspy.com" and note the IP address.

I use Torrent Harvester which searches 170+ sites.

Well, it seems like they thought the net's best torrent search engine was questionable, then they changed their minds and now they've changed them back again because after a period of unrestricted access since I made the original post on this issue, the Cyber Inspector has once again put a block on torrentspy. (inaccessible from where I am at least, can't speak for anyone else).

Aside from the slightly questionable porn-related ads on the pages, why would they want to block this?

All the popular torrent sites have been blocked on CSlox for about the last 8+ months.. Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont :o

working ok here but cant get harvester??

It opens just fine... was there something specifically that you were looking for that I can relay onto you?
