Looking at the Suvarnabhumi Airport arrivals board today and there are still lots of international flights landing - despite the CAT de facto travel ban,

 

There are four scenarios:

 

• The flights are empty
• all the passengers have Covid-19 medical certificates and Covid-19 travel insurance (both near impossible to obtain)
• They are Thais who have obtained 'fit to fly' certificates and letters from Thai embassies
• there's going to be chaos at immigration today
• Airport staff will issue visas and / or let the passengers in regardless

 

Does anyone have reports from passengers arriving today whether they're being let in?

Arrival No but know a lady in Colorado in the US that was not allowed to fly because she did not process those 2 documents.  

So, has anyone had any experience actually landing in BKK since the implementation?
