I was just trying to make a transfer with Transferwise, got rate 32.95 guaranteed for 41hrs. However ran into an extra verification step at which I wasn't prepared for. (the last transfer I did was in January, got nothing of this sort and went through like butter). This time it wanted to send message to a backup email address and I gave the wrong one. So now the transfer is put on pause. TW is going to do the 2 micro deposit check into my bank account and the next step for me is to put in these two numbers. Supposed to get them in 2 days; however when I signed up with TW last year, the micro deposits took one week to arrive. So my question is if again it takes one week will the transfer stay with the same rate as cited above? Ie would the amount transferred in baht will be same as posted in the paused transfer or be updated to whatever the current rate is gonna be?

Right now for the transfer in question there is a "enter amounts" button on one side at the bottom, on the other side a "cancel" button which is greyed out... So I can't cancel to start a new one. And even I could I think i still have the 2 micro deposit curse hanging above my account? Thank you in advance for any input.

Update - the deposits showed up this morning, so I was able to un-paused the transfer. It's on its way and on the posted rate. Suppose to get here Thursday (TW time).
Looking back the only thing different than last time was that the checking account is used to debit from, as opposed to the saving account. Maybe that difference triggered the additional verification step...Thank ya all for chipping in, appreciated it.
