Bank Documentation currently needed at CW for retirement extension via monthly

Featured Replies

I need to extend my retirement extension at CW in the next 10 days. I have got 12 monthly payments over B65k transferred from UK - all clearly labelled FTT by Bangkok Bank. What are CW currently demanding as proof:

i. A 12 month bank statement - is this of a particular type - on official paper or stamped in some way?

ii. There was talk of a separate letter just detailing the 1 monthly FTT payments - is this required in addition?

iii. My account is with Bangkok Bank HQ - does it speed things up to go & get paperwork there in person rather than my local branch at Phra Khanong?

iv. I don't believe CW demand proof this is from a 'pension', its not as payments come from savings. But do I need UK bank statements matching the FTT's?

Thanks.

Went to CW today with a 12 monthly Bangkok Bank statement on Bangkok Bank paper showing 12 monthly payments of B65k at the start of each month. The IO went through & agreed it showed 12 monthly payments over B65k each but still refused by extension. She said a bank letter is needed but the CW branch cannot supply. Amazing in these difficult times they cannot show even the minutest flexibility. Time to get an agent.
