At least Singapore have their act together. Seems like they always do. No wonder they've become one of the best countries in the world. Only if I was a citizen of Singapore.....

As stated, you would need to email them with the required information.

I think most embassies are giving the letter. If a country is not gving the letter that means flights are still operating between Bangkok and that country, like the USA.
